I spent almost twenty years inside leadership before I ever thought about making it my life's work
My first education came through the NHS, leading people in environments where responsibility was real, decisions mattered and leadership could never remain theoretical
My second came through learning to lead myself
Those two educations changed the question I became interested in

What happens when everything we know about leadership has to pass through a human being before it can become something another person experiences?
Today, I work privately as a Thought Partner to leaders, speak to organisations and business rooms about the human experience of leadership, and write about what it means to become a Self-Led Leader
